Solutions, Brands, Success!

Solution: an answer to a question or problem. The combination of two parts creating something different, something greater than what was initially. Only when the two come together do they fulfill each other's need.

Our focus this week is in creating your solution.  Here are some thought provoking questions to consider:

  1. Who are your customers?
  2. What do they need?
  3. When do they need it?
  4. Why are they motivated to get it?
  5. How can you deliver the solution?
As we move forward in 2009 clearly focus on what you are providing your clients with and why.  I have said many times before that a solution is the combination and integration of products, services and processes. 

Build solutions that result in the creation of a long-term relationship with your clients.  Small business owners and entrepreneurs tend to provide products and services as stand alone offerings.  Although individual offerings are a great way to get your business off the ground, the ultimate offering is in the form of a solution. 

Work towards creating a brand that converts into a solution for your company regardless of size and revenue.  There are some key questions to also consider consciously when creating a holistic business solution.

  1. Does it incorporate a variety of services and products into the offering?
  2. Is it tied into a process flow?
  3. Do you have a client relationship map? 
  4. Does your solution provide incredible value?
Solutions are the key to success in business. Building and developing your brand is challenging, and also a creative endeavor. Now is the time to evolve your products and services to a whole new level!
